X-Force: X-Force Only Comm

First off, everyone stop running around like chickens with your heads cut off.

What we know of the situation is that Magneto has taken control of an unknown Russian orbital weapons platform from the Russian. Betts and I are trying to get some more information about that from Vazhin and Romanova. Seems like a pretty big deal to have surprised. Best we can figure out, the US has asked the X-Men to intervene.

Before people start clambouring, the X-Men have been asked to get involved, and we haven't. Nor has the Professor or Scott and Ororo asked us to get involved. That means right now it's the X-Men's show, and you all have work of your own to do right now.

I want you all to start working the net on aspects of this. No direct questions, just information about how this disaster got started. Calls have gone out, and we'll keep everyone close to the office for now. If the mansion asks us to help, we'll talk further about what we can do. But for right now, it's the X-Men's show.
